Reporting Vulnerabilities to NASA and the U.S. Government (and Coca-Cola Too!)
I recently had the opportunity to report security vulnerabilities affecting NASA and U.S. government systems!
Unfortunately, I can't share the technical details, but it was a really exciting experience. Even though all the testing was conducted with proper authorization, there was something especially thrilling about researching vulnerabilities in U.S. government assets.
I also found a vulnerability in Coca-Cola's website while I was simply trying to buy one of my favorite drinks! I reported it to their security team, and they kindly sent me some swag as a thank-you. My girlfriend and I ended up getting matching Coca-Cola sweatshirt, which made the experience even more memorable!
I've actually discovered a few more vulnerabilities, but I haven't had enough time to properly reproduce, document, and report them yet. I really need to set aside some time to revisit those findings and submit the reports.
Oh, and I also found a vulnerability in Red Bull's systems!
Now I'm curious... what kind of swag might Red Bull send me? 👀
